Contact form and email. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, company, email address and message. We use these only to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your request, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Website visits. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, in server logs. These are used only to run and secure the website.
We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, and we do not sell or share your data for marketing.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, this happens under appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any follow-up, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case the agreed engagement terms apply.
